Alley way running along the covered parking edge between Henderson and Fess Ave running along the side of 609 Henderson and 612 S Fess Ave- large potholes throughout the alley pooling water
Excessive trash. Recycling bin full of trash has remained ob front lawn for weeks. Trash bags in parking area along Allen street, trash spilling into street.

Our company manages the Batchelor Heights Homeowners Association, which houses the address I am reaching out about. Over the last three weeks, multiple residents have contacted our office to report pet-related issues occurring at 3725 S Cramer Cir. These issues include not cleaning up animal waste in this property's yard or around the community; an altercation in which a large, unattended, unleashed dog belonging to the occupants of this property was witnessed chasing another resident who was walking their leashed dog nearby; the occupants keeping their pets in their garage and leaving the garage door partially open; a potential pig being kept at the property; and allegedly, these residents left their front door completely open all day Saturday, January 15. The resident who reported that last issue attempted to inform the occupants that their front door was open by ringing the doorbell, but they received no answer. They could hear dogs barking and growing inside, and they could smell urine coming from inside the unit. After this, they contacted emergency services to request a welfare check for this property. We are concerned for the animals being kept at this property and the safety of the community. We have attempted to contact these residents and the homeowner but have not yet been successful. City Alley off Grant Street, between 1006 and 1004 South Grant: Mouth of alley has a broken, metal city culvert which is now sunken in. Driving over it is becoming hazardous to cars. In addition, all the stone gravel that covers this culvert has worn away. Entire alley from South Grant to South Lincoln could use re-graveling. Thank you!
On the northside light pole, two of the five lights are out.
Cleaning lady next door is blocking alley, again.
Constant noise after midnight including excessively loud car bass that can be heard down the road. They play it for over an hour some nights after 2 AM. This place needs cleaned up. Quickly. A lot of in and out visitors.

Potholes have grown in the N/S alley that runs from 1st St. up to University St. Alley is paved with gravel over top. Lots of potholes but worst two are 1) between 710 S Fess and 715 S Henderson and 2) near the decorative stone corner at the intersection with the E/W alley that runs from Henderson to Fess. There are a few more down by where they just did a fresh pave up from the south end by 1st a few years back but they aren't as bad.
