There is a storm sewer in the front yard and a drainage ditch on the south side of the house. Soil is eroding because of the ditch being inadequate to carry water runoff. Would like to work with the city .

Next door to 610 - at southeast corner of Atwater & Henderson - high weeds & parking on the vacant lot.
Trash - weeks of accumulation.
Trash bags stacked against house, no stickers. Shopping cart full of plastic bottles. Thinks owner should instruct tennants of Blgtn trash ordinance. Owner is: Richard Deckard of Rte 1 Springville Ph.# 825-5579.
At least 20 bags of trash stacked up & old camper shell. Always 3 or 4 cars there that someone is working on. Does not think house in residential neighborhood should look like this.
Lots of appliances, junk cars, desks etc. piled on south & west side of bldg.

Construction behind apartments started at 5:30 this AM. Can anything be done. Also check to see if there is an active permit.
Neighbor leaves trash cans out on street & sidewalk since pick-up area has been changed. Can we make her get them in ?
