Said while he was on the scales, a City Sanitation truck came up behind him, driver got out and started screaming and cursing at him. Says driver had long dark curly hair. Says City employees should not behave this way.

Citizen recently purchased home and says South Madison between Grimes and Hillside is in need of paving. Says several street cuts have made the road rough. Wants to know if it is on the paving schedule anytime in the near future.

Neighbor has buried his downspouts with ends coming out on her property causing her yard to be wet all the time. One in front & another in rear by fenceline. Didn't know if he is allowed to do this or not. (Wk ph good after 9/10/96)
