There are regularly cars stopped/parked in the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd st's. Also further south between 3rd and 2nd st's. There is no signage saying cars can't park there, and there is certainly no enforcement of this law. I have hit cars, been hit by cars, been cussed at, yelled at and threatened by motorists parked in the bike lane here while I'm just trying to go home from work via bicycle. As a bicycle commuter who uses this bike lane 6 days/week, I would like to see some action taken to stop cars from parking/stopping/driving in the bike lane(s), especially here. I have a dozen or so photos with date and time of cars parked in the bike lane here that I can share if you'd like. Thank you

Hello, I am writing you again to address the storm water issue we have in front of our property. It has been almost a year since the process of fixing this issue has started and it is becoming frustrating. We have been very patient, and we understand that there are priorities in the city but if this issue is not addressed the road will continue to erode and soon we will not be able to access our driveway. As I stated, we started the process in March 2022; we waited until September and submitted another ticket UReport 181323; this time the crew came and did some work (since we did not receive any information, we did not know if they are finished by the way they left the project for the past few months). I wish I could attach more photos of the "finished " project. Anyway whenever they cleaned the trench, the asphalt was scraped, and everything was left as is and every time it rains all the dirt and sediments go in the culvert clogging it. The rain today made everything worse, the culvert is clogged and the water is again on the street. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Below is the first email we sent on March 14, 2022 Hello, We are contacting you with hopes of getting some advice regarding the storm water stream that runs along E Vernon Ave in Matlock Heights neighborhood. There is a storm/ rain water stream( path) that runs under N Dunn Rd , goes west on E Vernon Ave and under Fritz Dr and eventually goes into a larger creek. Over the past few years this pathway has been deteriorating with some of the road erosion happening right before the water goes into the culvert under our driveway. The previous owner of our property added some rocks and blocks but it does not solve the road erosion problem. Trash still not taken out (week four, at least). Recycling cart full of trash. One bag on front porch has come open, spilling out food trash, which blows into others’ yards. This is not safe, and not cool. City says it’s monitoring, but it would seem not.

The street sign and stop sign at the corner of Brookdale Drive and N Woodburn Ave have been knocked down. The street sign is turned so that Brookdale is labeled Woodburn and vice versa.

An extension of issues #182682, #182475 and #182390. There are four street lights in the block between Grant-Dunn on Cottage Grove. The two closest to the west end of the block are on the south side and the other two on the north side. They are mostly white right now, but they are starting to turn purple like the other lights did on this block and that have now been replaced by normal, yellowish lights. The lights on this block are not yet at the point that they are painful and glaring like the other ones were, but they might be headed that way if indeed there was a manufacturing defect with the other lights that were replaced. Just a heads up, in case Duke will be out soon to replace any other lights nearby.
