Likely that RV next to house is being lived in. It is parked in the yard not on a driveway.
Likely someone living in this rv as well violation of should go to planning for enforcement.
Walking by, I noticed water running out of the top of the water meter pit and rolling down the alley
Deep pothole - lane direction going toward the park
Skatepark lights are still over 50% burnt out. Days are getting shorter, risk of people injuring themselves at the park are increasing. Please look into replacing the fixtures sooner rather than postponing it indefinitely.
Only emptied 1/2 of my trash can. Nothing was blocking the ability to empty. What’s up with that?
Debris has clogged the culvert and upstream from the culvert in the ditch/creek
https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=180890 Why was this ticket closed with reason "Can't Fix"? Shouldn't you contact the landlord to advise them to clean this up? Another (perhaps stolen) bicycle and other personal effects have been dropped off and picked up the following day. This just on 9/17/22. This strip of overgrowth is still accruing trash. What can be done about this? If nothing can be done, will you at least provide a reason?
Tenant or homeowner has left garbage/refuse by side of the road. Some of the material is bagged, some of it is loose. None of it is in an appropriate receptacle. Some of the debris has spilled over onto the multi-use trail, creating a potential obstacle and/or tripping hazard for pedestrians/cyclists/runners/disabled individuals. Garbage/refuse has been there since at least Saturday morning, 09/17/2022.
