There is a homeless camp north of Gordon Pike and east of the Rail Trail. I think it is on City jurisdiction. Someone there has a dog that barks constantly. It has been barking this evening (12/29/23) for 30+ minutes at least. This has become a recurring problem. This dog needs to be stopped from barking and this homeless camp needs to be cleared out. All of the camps along the Rail Trail need to be cleared out. It is creating a danger for trail users as the safety of the trail is declining. Please enforce the rules for the noise issues with the dog and the improper camping and creating a nuisance and a hazard along the trail. Maybe clean up the south end of Switchyard Park while you are at it? Make the trails safe for everyone again. This situation with allowing the homeless camps has gotten out of hand and needs to be cleared up before it continues to get worse.

Both our trash binn and our recycling bin were damaged by sanitation workers early Tuesday morning. The hinges are broken on both,and they were found tossed on the sidewalk.

Them kids done set up another lemonade stand and the spat out gum on the sidewalk is unbearable. When I was young we got spanked regular and I think these kids ought to be spanked real hard for messing up the sidewalk like that.

My girlfriends car,as well as several neighbors cars, were broken into last night around 3am. Neighbors have cameras but they didn't capture faces, at any rate, the nearest streetlight is at the intersection of S. Madison St. and Graham St., and the entire neighborhood south of that is pitch black despite the fact that there are several family's with small children. I'm sure the culprits where most likely the homeless population camping out in higher numbers than ever in the switchyard woods. Install more street lights in my neighborhood immediately.

The curb that encloses the parking lot in front of Turquaz Cafe is a hazard to vehicles. It's very difficult to park in the provided spaces because there's a ditch meeting that much higher curb just behind it. It leaves too little room for drivers to maneuver out of a parking space and out of the lot. I often eat at this restaurant and several times have been blocked in due to trucks parking in adjacent spaces. This makes the already difficult task of maneuvering out of the space impossible. And I've damaged my car on the ditch and curb. At the very least, the spots should be labeled for compact cars only. Ideally, the curb would be removed and the lot repaved. Request for bike racks on either the east or west side of the splash pad restroom building. Our run club meets here and the nearest bike racks are next to the playground south of here. We have a decent number of cyclists during the summer who would all use these racks during our runs on Mondays/Wednesdays. I bike year round and so this would be a great quality of life upgrade for me personally as well. Thanks for the consideration!

If i reported every time a car was parked on b-line (daily) maybe someone would do something about it. Today around 2:45 or 3:00pm it was a city truck which i think had “856” on the side. When will you re-install the bollards at intersections?
