There are on average 6-7 cars parked in the grass and drive. There are piles of trash surrounding the trashcans in the front. They've made a DIY fence made of baby gates, random fences and items they've found. From what I understand they do not rent, but are possibly past an eviction notice. It's possible there is no running water so where are all these people going to the bathroom or water? There are dogs on the property. How are they getting water? The building is falling apart. The city needs to step in and help the owner with this situation. There have been multiple reports on this property, animal control has been at the property regularly.

On the west side of S. Washington St. just south of E. Dixie St there is a brick apartment building. On the lawn of this building is a mostly decomposed animal with white skull showing and ribs poking up in the air. The address number I can see on the side of the building is 908. Please remove this debris. Thank you.

Across the street from Regency Court on S. Henderson St. is a tree built into the middle of a wooden fence. At the foot of the tree is a dead squirrel. Would you please remove the squirrel? Otherwise my dog will try to eat it when we walk by there again. Thank you.

Can the city do something about the very large homeless encampments on both sides of switchyard park - B-Line trail near the dog parks. I like to bring my dogs to the dog park, but am uncomfortable with such a big encampment of homeless so close to the park and the kids play grounds as well. There’s a lot of trash blowing around on at both encampments and this afternoon they had open “camp” fires burning. As a single women with my dogs, I have to say I’m very uncomfortable walking my dogs on the B-line in Switchyard park and using the dog park with so many homeless camping in the immediate area of Switchyard park.
