The gravel alley the north of the property has a large pothole in it that would be great to have repaired
Vegetation overgrowth on sidewalk. Not sure if this is responsibility of CFC who owns the parking lot or the house owner of 418 E. 8th as it appears to be in between. But there is now a path that people are going into the grass because nobody can get by the tree branches on the sidewalk.
I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Damage from recent storm. Treekeeper Site ID 38515, Kentucky Coffeetree. Unsure as to integrity, so wanted to check, especially as the cuts were made by a passerby during the storm (as the downed branch was blocking Kirkwood traffic). More photos available to send, too.
This road has zero sidewalks and no street lamps. Walking pets or even just walking at night to go from 6th to 7th is dangerous. There are a lot of aged trees, so moonlight does not shine through (unless winter). As someone who has lived in the neighborhood for 7 years, I find it scary to walk down this area without proper light.
Your new u report working for me Thanks
Someone has set up what looks like a junk store on the east side of People's Park up against the bike shop wall.
Plant growth hangs over the street making the intersection dangerous. When trying to look right before proceeding at the stop sign to turn on W 6th St from Kirkwood Ave, you cannot see any traffic due to overgrowth of plants
