Both Japanese knotweed and tree-of-heaven are growing together on the *east* lot-line of this property, possibly extending to neighboring lot (315 E. 11th), though not clear which property is the culprit invader and which the invaded. Plants are in leaf, actively growing, and easily seen from sidewalk - a perfect opportunity for HAND inspectors to learn to identify and distinguish between these two highly-invasive species.
Two park benches on the B-Line between Dodds and 1st Street are overturned.
Between 5am and 530am weekdays I travel west on SR46 and every morning the east/west traffic light on 46 is red, and the south/north N. Kinser light is green and there is no traffic (or rarely traffic) headed north or south, and the SR46 east/west traffic is forced to sit and wait for no good reason. If there are sensors for traffic at this intersection would it be possible, during early morning hours, to allow east/west traffic to proceed unimpeded when there is no traffic driving south/north on N Kinser? Thanks for your time

People consistently drive like maniacs exiting town from West Kirkwood Avenue heading west. At all hours of the day, including the evening and middle of the night, I hear people revving their engines like they’re on a racetrack—on a residential street. Considering there’s a school zone less than a half-mile down the road from where I live, it seems like there should either be better enforcement or more traffic-calming infrastructure in place.

Large tree-of-heaven growing on NE corner of lot alongside the alley and Grant Street, though cited in City ROW. This tree sends out so many seed every year, that properties close by regularly fight new growth. Very easy to see this tree, but best to send a HAND member who has had formal training to identify tree-of-heaven, else it might be missed...
