This car has been parked in front of my house for over a month. It is leaking oil and has a flat tire and no residential permit. I called parking enforcement early in September after the car had been there over 2 weeks. I reported it via this website last Saturday. It now has 4 tickets on it but it's still there. Wait/Walk signals at Atwater and Woodlawn are confusing. Unless someone happens to press the button before the light changes, the wait signal stays on the whole time. Foreign students get especially confused. The 3rd and Woodlawn wait/walk signals can also be confusing, but are not nearly as bad.
