The owner of this renter-occupied building (Tariq Khan) has not taken the garbage out to the curb for pickup in six weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.
