THE USED CAR LOT AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS HAS A 3' X 5' SIGN AT THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK THAT OBSTRUCTS THE LINE OF SIGHT FOR THOSE TRYING TO TURN ONTO WALNUT FROM DODDS STREET. THE SIGN HAS BEEN UP A LONG TIME.
