SHE CALLED ON 3-28-97 TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BEING BILLED TWICE THE NUMBER OF GALLONS OF WATER MORE THAN SHE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY BILLED SINCE SHE HAS LIVED AT THIS ADDRESS.
ACCT # 333-05100-08-SAID HE IS BEING CHARGED SEWER AND HE BELIEVES HIS RESIDENCE IS ON SEPTIC. HE TALKED TO ENGINEERING AND SAID THERE WAS NO LINE SHOWN GOING TO RESIDENCE. HIS MLS LIST SHOWS HOUSE BEING ON SEPTIC SYSTEM.

Garbage piling up and hypodermic needles have fallen out of bags at the rear of the property. Property is located at the daycare center (directly across from 625 W. Duncan).
Trash sitting at the side of the house is flying everywhere. Animals are digging through the bags.
LOOKS LIKE WATER LEAK IN FRONT YARD, GROUND IS MUSHY
Customer called Beth at Dillman Rd. WWTP on 12/10 and complained that water from her bathroom tap smelled "very peculiar." Customer could not describe the smell but did say she knew it was not the drain.
