Trash bins left out
- Garbage on the lawn/front yard of the property. - Garbage bin stays on the sidewalk for days.
Trash everywhere.
Tree of heaven appears to be growing on western boundary of parcel.
There are some compost bins set up by the mailboxes for several of the houses - they are actually closer to the home at 2516 S Bryan St than 2510 S Bryan, but they were erected by the homeowners of 2510. There is a general terrible odor coming from them, and it seems like perhaps some waste that isn't appropriate for compost bins may be the cause. (Possibly meat, chicken waste, other fecal matter?) We have also noticed an increase of insects and bugs in mailboxes and in surrounding homes.
The landowner at this address has installed DIY compost collection system of structures in the city ROW adjacent to the property. The compost is poorly managed with anaerobic odors detectable 1/2 block away. In addition the area is immediately adjascent to a city storm drain such that nutrient runnoff from the compost is a major immediate concern. They also have allowed the invasive, noxious weed Johnson grass to grow up in the city ROW areas nearby as well as elsewhere on their property.
Large pile of trash left by fiber optic cable company. This company has done nothing but cause problems
Mounds of trash all over the ground. Skunks digging through it.
A big blue dumpster was put on the trail behind my house, probably for the squatters who were finally evicted. Yet the snelly, ugly dumpster is still there. Why? You are encouraging them to return! And attracting rodents and insects. Please get it out of our woods.
