Resident has been written up for numerous trash violations in 2012. 6/25/2012--Cans severely overloaded with bags on top of cans as well. Trash crew removed 10 too heavy bags from tops of cans (that had stickers on them) but left behind the still too heavy and overloaded trash cans.

Owner is calling in on his tenants. they have an old couch, trash, tree brush down in back, and grass is very high. You can go down the alley
