Over-occupied. Seven names on mailbox. Cars/trucks parked everywhere. Pavilion rental.

Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. There is an extension cord with lights being run across an alley to provide light to this illegally parked vagrant that is living in this RV. The extension cord is ran across the alley behind 1207 w cottage grove avenue. This is a fire hazard , a trip hazard and unsafe. I’m not sure what this vagrant is doing with his sewer and water. The alley runs west to east between Summit Street and Alexander Street and Cottage Grove and wedt 10th street. Thank you.

Tenant or homeowner has left garbage/refuse by side of the road. Some of the material is bagged, some of it is loose. None of it is in an appropriate receptacle. Some of the debris has spilled over onto the multi-use trail, creating a potential obstacle and/or tripping hazard for pedestrians/cyclists/runners/disabled individuals. Garbage/refuse has been there since at least Saturday morning, 09/17/2022.
