Back alley between Mercury and parking garage. Ava's trash dumpsters belonging to the Hilton have trash strewn in alley.

The residents leave their trashcan on the road for weeks at a time. This has been an ongoing issue for much of the year with their can rarely being stored correctly. Oftentimes, the trashcan lid is open and full of rainwater. In addition, the trashcan often blocks the road or the alleyway. Thank you.
