Many invasive plants (mimosa, tree-of-heaven, burdock, etc.) growing on the south and west side of this house. Property is habitually unkempt, but the general lax enforcement for Parker Rental properties has resulted in this location becoming truly a serious eyesore.
A car has been dumped in the yard behind this boarded-up home for what looks like years. However, now it is inviting others to dump debris near the car-including furniture.
Lots of junk lying around unprotected from weather in backyard behind the garage including an old, rotted-out VW sitting near the NE corner of lot, all clearly visible from street and alley.
North side of lot along alley is overgrown with huge vines growing up the trees (wintercreeper, ivy, etc.) that are a hazard. Also, bush honeysuckle and tree-of-heaven growing on east property line in the back near the alley, growing into neighboring property.
Piles of trash and refuse all over property and lying against building. Popular restaurants/pubs nearby.
Trash bags lying on ground by street. In view of Grant Street Inn.
trash bad, dumpster overflowing
The apartment and restaurant trash outside of dumpsters. I'm letting the health dept. know as well. In the alley between Maye's Grill Express and Samira. Issue behind Maye's (between Maye's and Health Dept.) in the apartment trash area.
