I cannot describe the pain I felt when I drove into this deep pothole. Please take note of this. It is in the middle of the way of the parking space, right across from Papa John’s Pizza Restaurant.
The plant holder on the southwest corner next to the light post is broken and a section of the cement fell off completely.

Are trains allowed to travel thru city neighborhoods overnight? Multiple times trains have made round trips between 1 & 4 am on the industrial tracks from 84th to Old Shakopee thru Hyland neighborhoods
Pedestrian crossing sign is covered with unauthorized sticker accross from the bus station.
If you are traveling west on 17th street, the light at Walnut street is only green and allows only 4 or 5 cars to get through the intersection before it turns red. This backs up traffic and has been like this for months. Can you resolve this issue.
People have been using this walking trail as a road using cars, trucks, and motorized scooters. Driving cars on this path is unacceptable. There was once a cable at the top stopping people from driving but it has been cut. Please put a metal post at the beginning and end of this path preventing vehicles before someone gets injured.
