Crosswalk button closest to the old hospital (grass lot) is extremely hard to push and most times does not work when you push it. I’m not sure if it needs to get adjusted but I constantly have to cross without using it.

On Henderson in front of Templeton by the boulevard/ bus area heading north there are lots of big potholes
