One of the 4 large reflector signs on the circle chicane in the middle of the intersection of 6th and Oak is missing. It has been missing for a couple months now. The post is still there but apparently someone took the sign off of it.
32” across 5” deep sinking pothole, has grown in width over the last week or two considerably. It’s also on a narrow street with curbside parking, and many people are driving right into it. High traffic area behind the hospital

The alley way is crumbling and there is also a large pothole which I have a picture of.
These 3 potholes are located in alley way between 423-425 s grant street. It is also crumbling where the street and alley meet. I have a picture of that if you would like that too.
There is a rather deep pothole on the north side of Second Street at the intersection with Madison Street.
As you can see this is where our mailman must travel daily. The pavement continues to break apart in larger chunks daily. One section is down to the original base. Thank You for your taking care of this for us.
