The stakes are making it difficult for vehicles to turn onto the north/south alley between 810 W. 7th & 811 W. 8th Streets. Citizen wants stakes removed if possible.

REPORTS THAT TENANTS HAVE BEEN AND ARE CONTINUING TO THROW THEIR GARBAGE OUT THE NORTH WINDOW NEAR A PORCH. THINGS LIKE TOMATOES ETC AND HAS RUN DOWN THE SIDING AND ONTO THE GROUND. HAS RENTAL PROPERTY NEARBY AND IS CONCERNED ABOUT RATS AND OTHER ANIMALS. FROM THE LOOKS OF THINGS THEY HAVE BEEN DOING IT ALL WINTER.
