The house at 719 E. Hunter butts up against the N/S alley, and they have weeds and trees growing in to the alley so that it makes it hard to get through the alley. Mr. Itter also stated that the residence at this address also has parking right off the alley and leaves the cars parked half in the alley.

The grass is high. Trash is everywhere. This is a mobile home that is sealed up. Mr. Price believes homeless people stay in it at night.
Mrs. Frazo is unhappy due to grass needing to be cut in the past she has mowed this lawn, but is no longer able to do it.
