Tues. Flagstop porch pickup. faxed ddh/ Larry/ other/recycling: Crews have always been good & picked up recycles - no problem - last couple of times thrown bins in bushes & street. She has called in before Could they please put back on porch.

Residents stacking bags of garbage in front of the gas meter at the rear of the property, on the patio, for weeks. Animals have scattered the trash. Ms. Costas is concerned that the previous rat problem in the neighborhood will happen again.
