Problems with trash at 1201-1215 N Woodburn. Broken glass and trash piled by front door at 1201; trash piled at back door at 1215. Caller requests that the residents receive tickets since this has been an ongoing problem.
2nd time per owner that he did this. Larry/ faxed ddh/ Forgot to put stickers on bags/cans - on there now Can we pick up? stated crews were in picking this up last time he did this.
