SCOTT PATE CALLED AND TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERV. DEPT. SEVERAL TIMES. HE WANTED TO PROTEST LARGE BILL FOR HIS RESIDENCE. HE STATES THAT HE LIVES ALONE AND FEELS THAT THE WATER USAGE FOR 1 MONTH IS TOO LARGE AND THAT HE CANNOT FIND A LEAK.

Re: Twin Lakes Concessions. Nine year old boy -- looking at gum -- reported that Jared Accused him of stealing gum and called him a "bastard." Father very upset over child being upset.

Citizen says last recycle day crew broke bottle and left the glass at bottom of his driveway. Says on this pick up yard waste spilled out and a bunch of it was left at bottom of his driveway. Feels crews should be more careful and clean up if they spill or drop stuff.

130 and 132 Pinewood Dr. Garbage is left out 2 or 3 weeks at a time, untagged. When it is put out tagged, they miss the collection, and leave it at the curb until the next collection.
