Mr. Moulden stated that bushes to the south os Sunny Slopes and along the east side of highway have grown out and obstructs the line of sight for vehicles entering old S.R. 37 westbound.

Mr. Murphree moved to an area that has a lot of trees and could no longer use his satelite service so he became an Insight customer. Mr. Murphree has impaired hearing outside the range of being able to discriminate words, no matter how high the volume is set. Mr. Murphree is seeking to have closed captioning for the hearing impaired provided for Insights "On-Demand viewing"

house next door has lots of trash and rats

There is a problem with high weeds and trash at 2421 S. Bryan St. Mr. Price emailed the Ombudsman to report that he has went to this address and cleaned it up himself because it was such an eyesore. I told him to contact the HAND Dept. He also stated that homeless people were living in the abandoned trailer and old shed on the property. I ask him to contact the Bloomington Police Dept.

E-mail states that the property to the left of this address has not been taken care of for 3 years. The last time she complained they used a weed whip on the front 2 feet of their yard. The yard is completely overgrown. There are mice and God knows what else living in that mess. Why is it that nothing is being done about it?
