to animal-control: please help an injured stray cat. this morning i was waiting for a city-bus near the intersection of w 3rd st & franklin. where people turn to go the movie-theater, near the "dead end" sign, there was a skinny black cat walking around very slowly, limping, tail dragging. then it went over by the tall grass by the "dead end" sign, so might be hiding there. thanks

We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. This plot just had a tree removed form it. CFC folks are concerned that it is dangerous and that somebody could wipe out in it fairly easy. Suggest putting cones on it until it fixed. It's just south of the southeast corner on the intersection of Kirkwood and College Avenues.
