On South Henderson between Third and Second Streets there is only one functioning streetlight. Additional lighting is needed for safety. At least one existing light is not functioning.
Overflowing trash in the alley next to Function Brewing and loose trash all over.
My bill does not seem correct. I have gone through the past year of bills and the water usage and the wastewater usage have always been equal. This month it it showing my water usage as being 7, which is much higher than normal, normally a 3, and the wastewater usage is still at a 3. Is there a way to find out if this is correct or not? Doesn't seem right to me.

One of the lights in our neighborhood has had it's electrical outlet opened. On the west end of 928 Moravec Way. The screw has been removed at the bottom, and I am concerned that the neighborhood children could get into it and get hurt.
Abandoned vehicle parked facing south on Fairview St. This vehicle has been parked on the cross section of W. 6th St. & Fairview St. for approximately 7 days which during that time has not moved. My spouse and I were dining on the patio at the Little Tibet near 4th and Dunn this evening. The noise and music levels from Kilroy’s around the corner was extremely loud to the point it really ruined the ambiance of an otherwise peaceful evening. Does Kilroys have noise permits to operate with the sound system on their patio? What happened to the quiet nights initiative from a couples years ago?
If you're going to eliminate the left turn lanes on the westbound entrance to the Winslow/Walnut and eastbound entrance to the Winslow intersection until DECEMBER, then turn off the left turn green light! Just keep it red until the solid green turns on. Right now it's pointless. If the first car is going straight, then nobody can turn left anyway and those that want to turn left get angry that nobody is turning left! Additionally, I've seen people just start going straight when that left arrow turns on since it's a "green light" in their lane. So, you're just making it more confusing and difficult by keeping the left turn light as an option. Finally, it would have been great if you could have waited until Gordon Pike was open before putting another traffic impediment in on the south side. The traffic backups are terrible during peak hours.
