In the Spring someone from my office could never find someone in the Morton parking garage so that she could buy the $40 parking pass. Now i am having difficulty contacting someone during business hours for the same reason. I have left 2 messages and continue to try and no one answers the phone. Who else can i call or email? The kids at 1005 W 6th have not taken their garbage to be emptied since they moved in (September). The past week, the full garbage can fell over in their front yard. Now animals are going through their garbage. It is slowly spreading in their yard.
This vehicle has been parked here and not moved for months. It clearly has a flat tire and is in disrepair. It is parked in such a manner that it reduces the spots available in this area.
There is a Pace Bike that appears to be abandoned in our bike rack at Community Kitchen, 1515 S. Rogers St. The lock is broken and hand grips are missing. I've tried calling the phone number on the Pace website and it is not functioning.

parking meter 6THW407-B, on 6th St between Rogers and Madison - accepted my coins today but never displayed any time and continued to flash a red light. It does not have a ParkMobile code on the front - so I had to find a different spot so as to not get a ticket. I put $1 in before I realized it was not registering!
I paid a fine. I was just recently put on massive prednisone because of allergies and high doses cause cognitive issues. Hence I forgot to pay the meter. The prednisone is to keep me from strangling to death. I’ll make sure to stay away from downtown and all businesses from now on. Amazon is the safer option for people with disabilities.
I believe I addressed this issue with letter to Mayor Hamilton but believe all the scooters should be rounded up until some regulations can be put together and enforced. There is a difference between entrepreneurship and negligence.
All the scooters in the city I consider to be abandoned on a minute by minute basis blocking handicapped ramps; rail trails; store fronts etc
Much has been written in the paper about the scooters. I feel we are in an impotent city if we cannot stop such an invasion which results in emergency room visits and the trashing up of our-what used to be -quaint town. Please just round them all up and then figure out how to proceed. They dumped them here without permission.
