It's been over a month since we moved into the apartment, and it has been hot. The AC does not work on the first floor. I have called them, added maintenance issues but they aren't fixing anything! Please help!
Several properties along the south side of W Howe street have not cleared their sidewalks of ice and it is very slippery. The exact locations are: 811 W Howe, 807 W Howe, 801 W Howe, 731 W Howe. Additionally, 500 S Rogers (SW corner of Howe and Rogers).
Hello, I'm attempting to get this resolved before it becomes a hard frozen hazard as it has in year's past. This is the sidewalk next to Taco Bell at 7th & Walnut. It is also the only way I can get to One City Centre from the Walnut Street Garage. I don't understand how they get a "pass" on sidewalk cleanup, yet CFC is very prompt about clearing the walk way (see clear sidewalk on horizon of attached photo). Location: Morrison's TV & Appliances (closed) @ ~900 W Kirkwood Ave. There is a shopping cart (large'ish size; standard grocery store) that has been left on the sidewalk for at least a week. It is just immediately west of the curb-cut drive-in for the old Morrison's lot. I've moved it off to the side to clear the sidewalk (now sitting next to the Morrison's fence), but it needs removed permanently. There is nothing in the cart and no one appears to have touched it in at least seven days. Thank you! Happy Holidays/stay warm!! =)

1209 West 11th Street This structure is a danger. Several windows are boarded up, the rotten original siding is showing in places, the house is surrounded by debris and the front porch is full of it. If someone is actually living in it, God help them. If someone is, HAND or someone needs to check on the people and the living situation, because they can't possibly be safe and it would be immoral to knowingly allow anyone to live in a house like that.
This tent has been blowing around and junking up the yard for over a week. Looks horrible and with the wind it could be dangerous.
My neighbors consistently have their trash and recycling bins kept at the curb. They do not bring them back towards the house at all. There is a cluster of about 4-6 bins that are always on the street. Right now several are knocked over and trash is being strewn around. Please enforce that they need to bring their bins off the curb.
There has been trash from a previous tenant outside of this vacant apartment and a couch at the front of this property for over a month. All of this was left at the front of the property and the landlord had it moved to the back. Trash and debris have been blowing from this pile of litter.
