Maintenance man entered my apartment for non-emergancy matter without 24 hour written notice. And that is illegal. I'd like to know how I file a complaint in this matter.

There is what appears to be vomit at the top of the orange slide. It was there Tuesdaya and Wednesday night when my children went to play. I reported this under case #183662 but forgot to attach a location. Thanks!
