Also, right across the street is a sidewalk closed sign that I suspect someone took from somewhere else so you may also want to pick that up. Thanks!
There is a red/maroon minivan with Indiana license plate number 4NIER. This vehicle has not moved in a few months and people are living in the vehicle. I have seen people exit it multiple times. They also leave the doors cracked or open for air flow. I don’t believe the vehicle runs at all.
Trash in alley from Kilroys has been worse each day this week.
Not sure if this is IU property, but the stop sign at the Sample Gates (Kirkwood and Indiana) is down. Looks like it was hit.
