The new lights that shine onto the pickleball courts at RCA Park are tilted in such a way that they shine into the backyards of several houses, a long distance into the surrounding forest, and also create a good amount of light pollution due to their angle. Would it be possible to have the lights tilted down and to focus them more directly on the pickleball courts to reduce the light flowing into the surrounding area?

Once again when on Walker Street turning onto one way West third vision is very obstructed. Every year multiple times same problem. If there are city tree, lots behind these sidewalks, shave it all the way back to the property line, please.
