the alley/road, Waldron between 3rd and 4th needs to be repaired. Part of it is gravel. There are potholes, vegetation growing, and it was heavily damaged by Duke construction equipment when replacing utility poles

This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour yesterday so far (30 minutes is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door.
