Not AT this address (which is the complainant's) but in a neighboring yard is a brush pile or overgrown shrubbery that is causing a line-of-sight problem.
Large pile of trash has now been moved to the front porch and animals are getting into it.
Tenant claims electrical system hooked up incorrectly, responsible for usage of his apt and another tenant.

Mobile home carcass, entrails strewn about yard, approximately 20 feet down from 1530 S. College.
There is trash everywhere. Old cars are parked on blocks. One truck is half way in the garage and half on the street. The area behind 1211-1215 W. 11th needs to be cleaned up.
