Them kids done set up another lemonade stand and the spat out gum on the sidewalk is unbearable. When I was young we got spanked regular and I think these kids ought to be spanked real hard for messing up the sidewalk like that.
There is a construction crew working on an apartment complex on Gourley Pike, just west of Kinser. They are dragging a large amount of mud into the street and creating a significant mess. It needs to be cleaned up.

My girlfriends car,as well as several neighbors cars, were broken into last night around 3am. Neighbors have cameras but they didn't capture faces, at any rate, the nearest streetlight is at the intersection of S. Madison St. and Graham St., and the entire neighborhood south of that is pitch black despite the fact that there are several family's with small children. I'm sure the culprits where most likely the homeless population camping out in higher numbers than ever in the switchyard woods. Install more street lights in my neighborhood immediately.
The curb that encloses the parking lot in front of Turquaz Cafe is a hazard to vehicles. It's very difficult to park in the provided spaces because there's a ditch meeting that much higher curb just behind it. It leaves too little room for drivers to maneuver out of a parking space and out of the lot. I often eat at this restaurant and several times have been blocked in due to trucks parking in adjacent spaces. This makes the already difficult task of maneuvering out of the space impossible. And I've damaged my car on the ditch and curb. At the very least, the spots should be labeled for compact cars only. Ideally, the curb would be removed and the lot repaved. They had a water line or sewer line emergency at 719 W 7th and contractors tore up a lot of sidewalk on the South Side of W 7th Street in front of the house. Who is responsible for repair or sidewalk? This happened Thursday night and continued all day Friday 12/15. Contractor was Snedegar Construction.
