Dog repeatedly off leash. Defecting in neighborhood. Owner is not even outside. No where to be seen. Doesn't care. The dog could be hit by a car and would never know.
Downed branches blocking sidewalk
There are too many people coming east on the supposedly one-way part of Third Street, from Jackson going west. Monday I watched a car come at least two blocks traveling from west to east to turn onto Jackson Street. Please consider some one-way street signs from Jackson west to Buckner Street.
Grass needs cutting
Garbage overflowing bins and scattered about all over "street" (more like an alley).
Garbage piled up on west side of house facing Grant Street.
Bush honeysuckle growing out, mostly blocking sidewalk. Needs to be dug up, not just trimmed.
Please repair alley between BuffaLouie's and Starbuck. Standing water every time it rains creates a lake and makes it hard to get in building. Even dry the area is a hazard with uneven pavement and loose stones.
Fire / Theft / Squatting hazard. Can we talk about this nuisance location? It has had two fires in 5 months, at an abandoned house known for homeless squatters that are proven bike thieves, in a residential neighborhood. The yard is full of stolen bicycle frames and stolen firewood. The owner is an elderly 76 YO woman who lives south of the city limits. Clearly this is an abandoned / squatter sitution that is a public hazard. What do we need to tolerate?
There is excessive water usage taking place at this property. It has been occurring for over a week. We have notified you that we believe the leak is on the City's side.
