Trash has now been accumulating on the porch for three weeks without being put out for removal. Carts overflowing, plus a big box. Food and other waste, and blowing into nearby yards. One block away I saw a dead rat on sidewalk; don’t want them in this block.
Is this area city permit only or can bother vehicles use this spot? See non city vehicles parked there often. Some currently.
Same abandoned vehicle as report 182749. Truck has now been in place, broken down, for over 3 weeks. Truck continues to leak oil in place. Still partially blocking drivewave. Someone has removed the three citations the vehicle had received. Vehicle was said to be "towed within 3 days" on 2/7/2023.
Hello, I am filing this report to follow up on open case #181958 regarding "Cross-traffic does not stop" indication signs to be added to the West- and East-facing stop signs. I would like to see this report acted upon as there have been more collisions and near-misses since I originally reported this intersection and as a nearby resident, it would reduce the extra noise (honking, collision sounds, yelling, etc) off an already very busy/noisy street, and I worry for the safety of drivers, especially those unfamiliar with this unique intersection that are most at risk for causing an accident to occur. Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.
A worker painted on the road at the intersection. The worker was standing on the double lines. I noticed the worker and signaled that I would be negotiating a left turn onto North Drive headed east. The worker walked in front of my vehicle. The worker was unaware of his surroundings, nor had he seemed concerned about using safety equipment, i.e., cones, caution tape, spotters, or hazard lights. I was not traveling at a high rate of speed. However, this could have been a bad traffic accident. I believe the worker's hearing was obstructed as he wore a sweatshirt with a hard hat atop his head.

Trash can went missing last Monday 2/6/2022. We have not received any notification about from the city and don't know if the trashcan was stolen or removed by the city. Please advise.
Inoperable vehicle, partially burned
"Permit only" sign was not clearly visible in lot. One sign in back corner of lot and unlit at night, not clearly visible from most spots in the lot.
