City and/or Utility contractors (Duke, Meridiam, etc.) have been leaving signage scattered about the neighborhood. Currently, there is the following: 1) Tall, metal support at SW corner of Cottage Grove and Grant (322 E. Grant), 2) Identical metal support on south retaining wall of 414 E. Cottage Grove, 3) Pile of signage and sandbags on NE corner of 325 E. 10th Street, 4) Pile of signs in west yard of 418 N. Grant, 5) Bag of construction waste (NaOH ?) sitting on east side of Lincoln near 518 N. Lincoln.

There are several areas of crumbling sidewalks on South Laurel Ct. in Peppergrass. Many residents need a smooth walking surface due to use of walkers, etc. Dogs get pebbles in their paws, children cannot safely walk on these areas. These areas have been in need of repair for several years.

There are 2 trees that have been knocked down by the wind and are leaning over the rail trail. They are held up only by branches of other nearby trees and it doesn't look like they are very stable. Area is on the southern end of the Bloomington Rail Trail, in an area of limestone embankments, prior to where it intersects with the Clear Creek Trail. I'm worried about the safety hazards these trees present to people using the trail if they fall. Thank you, Tony Watkins

Alley way between Madison St and Rogers St is becoming impassable. There are large and long ruts on the side of the alley between two houses. The asphalt has eroded all the way through to the gravel underneath. Cars are currently unable to pass. Only pick up trucks. We, the people of McDoel Gardens, would appreciate a full repair of road. During the school drop-off and pickup this intersection has a large amount of traffic. This is also the main corridor that people biking and walking use to get to to school and unfortunately is was not design to be compatible with both large amounts of student driver traffic, and walkers and bikers. This whole intersection as well as the path going into the school needs to be redone to promote more biking among the youth(including me). A well done biking friendly intersection and route into school would improve the safety for walkers and bikers as well as encourage more young students to walk and bike to school which would decrease the amount of traffic as well as the carbon emissions.

On W. 9th St at the gutter drain just to the west of the BUtler Park Community gardens Parking lot, there is an increasingly large hole that I fear a person, bike, or eventually a car might fall into.
