Garbage is strewn about on the B-Line. Broken glass, raw meat, dirty paper products, etc. It has been there since at least 11 AM this morning. My wife and I are going to go pick up what we can with a trash bag but I wanted to document the situation.

This house has had extremely loud music playing in the backyard all day long. You can hear it throughout the whole neighborhood.
A police car (#129) turned right on a red light, despite a big obvious sign that says NO TURN ON RED. They did not have their lights or siren on. This was at 5:11 pm on Aug 28, heading west on 3rd street, turning north onto Rogers. These signs are meant to protect pedestrians. Aren’t cops supposed to model legal behavior in traffic?

Large shrub in front of house is so large that it is mostly preventing use of the sidewalk right there. House might be an IU property. Does City have jurisdiction over Campus?
Three (3) discarded sofas have been sitting by the street for weeks (11th Street side.)
Building recently removed. Now, used construction materials are being stored on the empty lot. Is the property zoned for such use?
