The swim lessons my child just completed at Bryan Park Pool were very poor. First of all, the instructor did not teach them anything. There was no instruction, the kids were just told "do X" but weren't given steps how to do it. The class was supposed to be 45 minutes, but they changed it to 30 minutes--which I believe was due to the inexperience of the instructor, she didn't know what to do with the kids. The rules about make-up classes needs to change, we paid full price for 3 classes instead of 8 due to the weather, which most of the days they still had class despite the fact that it was raining/storming/freezing! Completely disappointed, would not recommend these classes to anyone.

I witnessed a man getting sucker punched in front of blue bird nightclub shortly before 12;30am on June 22. Officer 67 arrived within a few minutes and placed handcuffs on the man who was sucker punched. I immediately told officer 67 that I saw the perpetrator walk down the alley, but officer 67 told me to get back and would not listen to me... while I was watching the perpetrator walk down the alley. Other witnesses were also telling officer 67 the perpetrator was getting away. Officer 67 acted emotionally in arresting the victim. It was wrong. I could identify the perpetrator. (See case 168547 for reference) I had a heart attack and quadruple bypass at the age of 40 - that was six years ago. I still suffer from residual problems. Nevertheless, I was out today clearing out a fence line that my neighbor has allowed to grow up with invasive honeysuckle. The guy passed away and the property is in the middle of probate, so there is no one to do anything but me. As I was out in the heat having difficulty breathing, I got mad because I remembered the property that I have been reporting since MAY for piles of trash in the backyard and for overgrowth blocking the wheelchair ramp and driving line of sight - this property being 913 West 11th Street. I can't afford to hire someone, so I work in ways I shouldn't to keep my property nice and respectful to the neighborhood while an attorney for the city uses a property in the same neighborhood for a trash dump. Jo Stong has let this go. Jo Stong has not done her job. Jo Stong has let Michael slide because of his position. Jo Stong has NOT followed protocol with this case. Daily fines should have been given long ago. This property should have been cleaned up long ago - following city protocol, but it hasn't. There is little difference, if any between the trash now and the trash when I first reported it in MAY. Jo Stong closed the initial case as "resolved." This is fraudulent recording. The case has not been resolved or even started to be resolved. I have been watching this property closely because of the severity of the filth and garbage and its safety and health hazard to say nothing about Michael's absolute disrespect to the neighborhood. Whether intentional or not, Jo Stong has been completely ineffective and lazy with this case. I don't now if they will be any more effective, but it's because of this that, as of 6/20/2019, this case, with all of its details and photos, has been reported to IDEM. Re these parcels: 53-08-11-204-004.000-009 53-11-03-100-079.000-006 is it the same owner? both of them have homestead exemptions. i thought this was not allowed.

52,000 dollars for a Night Mayor (Nightmare more like it). Thanks for nothing B-town. More like IU Student Housing City, IN. I suppose Mayor "Default" Hamilton can't function after 5pm or he'll turn into a pumpkin.
