Hello, For the last 2+ weeks a large blue and cream area rug has been spread on the south side of the lawn at 1412 South Grant Street. Early on, it was in good enough shape to possibly appeal to a passer by, but it has now been ruined by rain. It is my understanding, that the Bloomington Recruiting officers have had multiple incidents with unauthorized/unethical relationships with High School Students, within the surrounding Indiana school district. There has been issue's coming out of IU Campus, Bedford High School, Bloomington South High school, and Brown County High School. Recruiters are being allowed to enter these High Schools (some through the JAG program) others through recruiting events.and through this events, they are able to nurture unauthorized relationships with the high school students during instructional time. It is my understanding that the teachers and staff were notified of the inappropiate conduct but nothing has been done about. As a parent, it is concerning that we are "forced by law" to send our children to school where these adults are being given repeated access and opportunty to our young girls.

There is a parking enforcement officer that has suddenly decided to start giving me tickets for parking at a gravel pull in on my property. I have been cited for an unapproved surface and neighborhood parking violation, I have called time after time again to no avail. My parking spot is clearly a part of my property, and has no signs for permit parking. I appealed to have the tickets revoked and I was denied with little to no information of why. I tried having parking enforcement and city planning coming to check out the parking spot and was told today(9/5/19) that someone would come down. NO ONE came. The officer giving me tickets is 303gr. I am outraged and will not be bullied into paying these tickets.

The traffic signal for pedestrian at State Rd 46, North Kinser Pike intersection is broken on the second pole. It is getting difficult to cross the road.

There is an uncovered hole in the road with debris and gravel around it on Grimes just about right under the B-Line bridge. It is in the west bound lane of travel, just to the east side of the bridge, on the north side of the road bed. This is dangerous because it is right where a bicyclist would be riding, and it requires avoiding not just the hole in the road, but all of the debris too.
