The parking lines on the south side of the square are even more invisible than they were last year when I requested they be re-painted. I was told last summer that the painting was scheduled, and then it was winter and it hadn't been done. Then I was told it was scheduled for this past spring. It's still not done. I called a couple of weeks ago to report that there were 4 street light out on 11th and Morton. They were never repaired and now there are approximately 8-10 lights out. I’m concerned because my college student walks these streets every night in the dark and it’s just dangerous. Like I said, this is my second time reporting this.

On South Henderson between Third and Second Streets there is only one functioning streetlight. Additional lighting is needed for safety. At least one existing light is not functioning.
