This morning around 8:30 the SW corner of Maxwell Lane and Woodlawn. Four scooters were set up out of the way. The other two blocked the sidewalk. I moved those two in between the other four. I did---so could a "juicer." Thanks.

The intersection of Atlee and Winston has several potholes and areas that need to even out. What was patched in the past is not holding up and is detoritating. It needs a new layer of asphalt.

There is a giant pothole next to our driveway, so every time we pull our car out it gets stuck in it. We are worried that our cars will get damaged or someone will fall and injure themselves.

Fraudulent business practices continuing to occur at Speedy Wrecker Services LLC, 3170 S. Walnut St., Bloominton, IN 47401. This business specializes in non consensual and predatory towing. Once the car is impounded, they only offer odd hours for pick up, demand cash only payments, and do not collect taxes. The price per tow is over twice the normal rate in town. My son was charged $240.00. He settled via small claims mediation. Two friends since that case have been charged $180.00 each for a tow that should cost $90.00. The Bloomington Police have been contacted on each incident but that doesnt seem to be enough for Speedy Wrecker Service to change their predatory business practices. Is this the type of business Bloomington wants to be known for? This company is a disgrace! I would like to see the Bloomington Parking Commission create some regulatory actions against predatory towing.

Regarding the Bloomington TRAFFIC STUDY; response to Beth Rosenbarger's comments regarding crashes and personal injury accidents at the recent Plan Commission meeting:
Isn't it possible, the most crashes and personal injuries recorded in Bloomington happen on these one-way streets (Walnut & College and 3rd St. & Atwater), simply because they are the closest thing we currently have to city thoroughfares? I suspect these four streets/avenues are the mostly highly traveled each and every day, thus it is logical there will be more crashes where there is consistently more traffic! The frustration brought on by sitting/waiting in traffic behind busses and delivery vehicles, with no way around them on a two-way street, will most likely lead to crashes and personal injury, as well. Two-way streets are unlikely to result in fewer accidents and injuries. In fact, it may force traffic onto more side streets resulting in more injuries on side streets, as well.

Bird scooters are being left on the property of IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians at 1302 S Rogers. A representative for Bird was unloading them earlier and I asked that they not be left on our property due to liability concerns. She said she has to leave them where she is instructed.

There was construction at (Wheels Auto Sales) 624 S. Walnut street and ended about a week ago to fix a sink hole. There were cones left at the location (Wheels Auto Sales) and the owner of Wheels Auto took the cones and placed them on front of business sign causing blind spot for our customers trying to leave our business.
