coins stuck. could only use my credit card. this costs extra. too many meters with this problem. so I'm starting to document each time I get one. this is 3 out of 5 parking attempts have I had to use my credit card cuz there's coins stuck in the coin. I don't know if it means it's full of corns whether there's a different problem.

the parking meter on the right is broken the tops off of it. And the parking meter on the left won't take clients. We put about a dollar fifty in and it stayed at 14 minutes. this is across from the Crazy Horse and in front of the hotel
South College Ave, South of Kirkwood. Meter is frozen. Will not give time for quarters, buttons to add time to credit card unresponsive. Attempted to pay for 1.5 hours of parking.
