A section of the wood fence at the Howe St entrance to the Buildings and Trade Park was taken down when the city cut down one of the trees along the street. It has been 2 months and the pieces of the fence are still where they were left on the ground. In true broken window fashion someone has now broken down the far end of the fence. This should have been repaired long ago.

The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. There are what I believe are curb extensions at the intersection of Fess and Maxwell. At night, these extensions are not marked nor lit. When turning onto Maxwell off of Fess with oncoming traffic you are forced over to the side of the road. In my case, I hit the curb busting a tire and doing extensive damage to the car. I went back the following day and it is clear the curbs have been hit by multiple vehicles. Reflectors or other signage would be helpful for the unexpected curb extensions. Thanks!

Across from 611 W Wylie St there is an Abandoned Vehicle parked on the north side of W Wylie St. It is a white Ford Van (IN plate: TK586MID). Vehicle has been parked at this location for about a month & has a couple of flat tires.

There is not a single marked ped xing on 10th Street between Walnut and Indiana. Trying to cross (as a pedestrian) during the afternoon rush hour can be very difficult. Cars are routinely exceeding the speed limit on this stretch, which makes crossing even more difficult.
