Drainage issue behind my house (2201 E. Autumn Drive). Rain water goes to the Jackson Creek but since last year the pipe has been damaged and now huge area has been damaged by the rain water. Big huge trees are falling (another one about to fall) because the rain is sweeping all the soil and roots have been exposed. Please have someone visit the site ASAP.
My neighbors at 1317 W 6th have not taken their trash out for months. It's in both the front and back yard and smells terrible!

There are currently no no-smoking signs in the Upper Cascades park. My wife and I were there with our 1 year old daughter last Monday or Tuesday, and were unable to use the swings as two childless adults were smoking on the swing set and declined to move. Can prominent signage be placed to indicate the park/park system is smoke free? I would also update the park rules to be more layman friendly, as they primarily reference federal, state, and city codes (found here https://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=7722). Street lights have been out for more than a week on Walnut from 10th street to the railroad overpass north of 12th.
During heavy traffic, visibility can be very poor for vehicles traveling southbound on Washington Street and attempting to cross or merge onto 10th street. Tonight I witnessed an accident caused by a white suv attempting to turn eastbound onto 10th from washington. The vehicle was promptly hit after turning onto 10th by a car that was most likely traveling far too fast. A stop sign at the intersection would make things a lot safer! I'm really concerned a pedestrian is going to injured at some point at this crossing.
