The trees are hanging over the sidewalk so low that you have to duck to get by. It is not a well lit road and at night it is dangerous with people running into the branches hanging down.

In the morning from 7-9 the traffic gets extremely backed up on Kinser Pike coming from the North, the neighborhoods and the school buses from the High School. The left turn signal, to turn on to 45/46, is extremely short, less than 10 seconds I would say, and then it's extremely hard to turn left on green as there are lots of cars coming across the intersection. Is there any way to make this turn signal longer for at least those 2 hours in the morning? Traffic is sometimes backed up all the way to the Skate Park, which is on a curve so that is very dangerous. You round the blind curve and all of a sudden there is stopped traffic. Why is this being allowed? This is really disgusting. Advertising for having underage girls. It is sad that while we already have issues in the sexual assault realm that we are providing an environment for predators in the midst of the bar scene. Money seems to solve all issues.

Neighbors home at 916 W 6th St. 47404 seems to be vacant and the lawn has not been maintenanced since we moved in mid-July. This has lead to us receiving many chigger bites. Thank you for taking the time to address this.

Light at Winslow and Henderson does not change to green at night for northbound traffic.

Found a drug needle on the sidewalk on North Madison across from Bloomington foods, on the sidewalk of that photo restoration company or whatever. Also, across the street from there in the bushes where Chase Bank drive-in used to be, there are a ton of clothes and old junk hiding in the bushes that has been there for months.

Exposed garbage, rats and other animals opening bags of garbage at 710 E. Cottage Grove, which is next to a state-licensed day care facility. Also, speeding traffice on E. Cottage Grove, no sidewalk crossing or slow speed or children playing signs at this intersection.
