The odor of raw sewage is especially strong throughout this area close to Lower Cascades and the baseball fields. I live just north of this area, so am regularly driving or biking through. While the odor has consistently been present over the years, it has been especially strong and consistent in recent weeks/months. I am not certain of the exact source, but I have concerns there is leaking sewage pipe or some other source of exposed sewage. Thank you for any efforts to identify and/or remedy this issue!

Light #99 on B-line trail is out. Most of the lights along the west side of Kroger are out, but this is important for the number of individuals crossing 2nd on the B-line. I hope they are not all in series!

I want to start off by saying this property is in my name, the mobile homes are not but anyway. My husband is living in these conditions and I have concerns for his health as he is very depressed and a diabetic and does not take care of himself very well. The mobile home has no running water in the home nor does he have gas in the home for the heat and stove. The floors are very week in several spots, the bathroom floor has fell through and has a board over the top of a whole and in the rest of the mobile home the floor is so nasty, you have to wear shoes to walk on in there. The tub is sitting on bricks, he has blankets hung up at the front of the hallway to block of the rest of the mobile home so he can contain the heat in the living room where he stays, you can barely walk in there because of everything being in that one room. During the winter time, he puts a blanket up right as you walk in the door again to block the living room off from the kitchen to contain the heat. He has a dog that urinates in the home when he is not there and in the middle of the night. I mean the mobile home is in really bad shape and to me should be condemned.

Will the city be reseeding and fixing this area of grass between sidewalk and curb? No one contacted me whatsoever about this work or that they would be digging up my yard. I am away on business and person watching my house reported that my front yard was dug up by the nuisance folks doing some kind of work in Ron Heifhts. Will the city be reseeding and fixing this area of grass between sidewalk and curb? No one contacted me whatsoever about this work or that they would be digging up my yard. In response to case #198944 - this property does not actually have a driveway, though there is a gravel area next to the house that can accommodate two small vehicles. (Side note: the out-building next to the house actually extends over the property line.) The gravel area east of the house is formally an alley that is indeed sometimes blocked by construction/maintenance/utility workers, but more often is regularly blocked by the tenants of this house themselves and their friends who park there and/or their trash containers, preventing others from using the alley.
